Only what you give us directly: your name, phone, email or message when you write through the contact form, chat, WhatsApp or text. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your information to anyone.
How we use it
Only to reply to your message or estimate/appointment request. We do not use it to send you unsolicited advertising.
External services that may be active
Your contact-form message is sent by email through an external email provider; if you write through the chat, your question is sent to an AI provider to generate the reply; if you book through the online calendar, your booking details are stored on that platform. Each provider handles information according to its own privacy policy.
WhatsApp and text messages
The WhatsApp and text buttons open your own phone’s app with a message already written — we do not see or store anything until you decide to send it.
Location map
If the site shows a map, it comes directly from Google Maps and follows Google’s own privacy policy.
Security
We take reasonable care of your information, but no website on the internet can guarantee complete security.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by writing to the contact details on the site.
